Well, I never heard it before, but it sounds uncommon nonsense.

The Dummy and I drove to the lake today, and the entire thing was iced over! I wanted to go down and play on it but The Dummy didn't think it was a good idea. There was still water running over the dam, but it was coming from under the ice. A large egret just kept standing next to this stream of running water coming from the side of the dam; he didn't move the entire time we were there! I think he was too cold to open his wings. There was frozen water all over the rocks, and it looked like the water had frozen almost instantly. There were cracks in the iced over lake too, and those cracks had frozen again. The ice was deep, it was crazy! Last time I remember the lake icing over it was just a small section, and the ice was very shallow. Because of all this OCCC's been closed for almost a week now; I'm kinda not wanting it to start back up again, what with that math test I need to take. :P
